- 5-10 minute Walk on Treadmill (warm up)
- 3x 10-12 Barbell Back Squat or Smith Machine Back Squat
- 3x 10-12 Barbell Front Squat or Smith Machine Front Squat
- 3x 10-12 Landmines
- 3x 10-12 Rope Pull Throughs (challenging but comfortable weight)
- 3x 10-12 Leg Extensions
- 3x 10-12 Seated Hamstring Curl
- 3x 10-12 Abduction Adduction Machine
- 3x 10-12 Leg Push Downs
- 3x 10-12 Kick Backs
- 3x 10-12 Lying Side Leg Raises
Optional Evening Session/ Cardio and Abs
Cardio
- 30 minute Incline Walk on Treadmill
Abs (option to repeat)
- 10-12 Old Fashion Crunches
- 10-12 Single Elbow to Knee Crunches
- 10-12 Raised Leg Alternating Toe Taps
- 10-12 Side Crunched
- 10-12 Weighted Sit Ups
- 10-12 Weighted Russian Twists
