Dear Diary,

I hope you all enjoyed Monday’s workout! Here is Tuesday’s workout or workout number two! Good luck! Morning Session/ Lower Body

  • 5-10 minute Walk on Treadmill (warm up)
  • 3x 10-12 Barbell Back Squat or Smith Machine Back Squat
  • 3x 10-12 Barbell Front Squat or Smith Machine Front Squat
  • 3x 10-12 Landmines
  • 3x 10-12 Rope Pull Throughs (challenging but comfortable weight)
  • 3x 10-12 Leg Extensions
  • 3x 10-12 Seated Hamstring Curl
  • 3x 10-12 Abduction Adduction Machine
  • 3x 10-12 Leg Push Downs
  • 3x 10-12 Kick Backs
  • 3x 10-12 Lying Side Leg Raises

Optional Evening Session/ Cardio and Abs 

Cardio

  • 30 minute Incline Walk on Treadmill

Abs (option to repeat) 

  • 10-12 Old Fashion Crunches
  • 10-12 Single Elbow to Knee Crunches
  • 10-12 Raised Leg Alternating Toe Taps
  • 10-12 Side Crunched
  • 10-12 Weighted Sit Ups
  • 10-12 Weighted Russian Twists
